Urban–Industrial Loft in Kolonaki

In central Athens, tsigarasdesign studio undertook the architectural design and construction of a New York–inspired loft, drawing from industrial aesthetics and the rhythm of contemporary urban living.

• The kitchen blends into the open layout with matte black surfaces, illuminated shelving, and a board-formed concrete wall that adds depth and character.
• Vertical metal slats subtly frame the sleeping area while preserving spatial continuity.
• The bathroom is defined by a monochromatic palette, cohesive materials, and atmospheric lighting.
